Caps of Pak Refund and Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags, please follow our policy outlined below:
Return Policy:
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Condition: Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Process: Notify us about the return via WhatsApp at +92 334 6240406.
- Delivery Charges: A delivery charge of 150 rupees will apply to return requests. This fee is waived if the product is damaged or if the error is on our side.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued through EasyPaisa only. Please bear the cost of return shipping.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchange Requests: For exchange requests, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 334 6240406.
- Delivery Process: We will send your replacement with the same rider who will pick up the original parcel and drop off the replacement.
- Delivery Charges: A delivery charge of 150 rupees will apply to exchange requests if the size issue is from the customer's side. Caps of Pak will bear the delivery charges if the error is on our side.

- Mail the Product: For refunds, we will contact our logistics facility which will right away send a rider at your address ,he will take the order from you and send it to us
